You can also report a problem inside the app: Me › Send feedback. That form can attach the current session so we can see what went wrong; attaching is optional and never happens automatically.

Subscriptions, cancelling and refunds

• Cancel: open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Lingua on your iPhone. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, otherwise it renews. You keep the plan until the period ends.
• Refunds: all purchases go through Apple, so only Apple can refund them. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Restore a purchase after reinstalling or on a second device with the same Apple Account: open the upgrade screen and tap Restore purchases.
• The week pass and minute packs are one-time purchases. They do not renew.

Common questions

Live subtitles do not start

Live subtitles use the system screen-recording sheet. Tap Start in Lingua, then pick Lingua Live Subtitles in the sheet and tap Start Broadcast. If the name is not listed, restart the phone once — iOS sometimes needs that to register a newly installed extension. Lingua only receives the audio the device is already playing; it does not record your microphone in this mode.

No sound, or nothing is recognised

Check that the microphone permission is on in Settings › Lingua, that the phone is not muted, and that the language on each side matches what is actually being spoken. In a noisy room, move the phone closer to whoever is speaking.

A translation is wrong

Most mistakes come from the speech being misheard rather than from the translation. Tap the sentence, fix the text, and Lingua translates again and says the correction out loud.

My minutes ran out

Free minutes reset every month. The upgrade screen shows what is left and what each plan includes. Minute packs never expire and are used after the plan's allowance is gone.

Which languages are supported?

61 languages can be translated, 53 of them can also be spoken out loud, and the interface itself is available in 61 languages. To change the app's language on your phone: Settings › Lingua › Language.

Does it work offline?

Drafts of recordings, photo text recognition and saved content work without a network. Interpreting, live subtitles and cloud transcripts need a connection.

Privacy

Conversations, transcripts, saved words and history stay on your device. See the privacy policy for what is sent while a session is running.

订阅、取消与退款

• 取消：在 iPhone 上打开「设置」›「你的名字」›「订阅」› Lingua。 要在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则会自动续期；已付的周期可以用到期末。
• 退款：所有购买都经由 Apple，只有 Apple 能退。 到 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请。
• 恢复购买：重装后或换一台用同一 Apple 账户的设备，打开升级页点「恢复购买」。
• 旅途周卡和分钟包是一次性购买，不会自动续费。

常见问题

直播字幕开不起来

直播字幕要走系统的录屏面板。在 Lingua 里点「开始」，然后在弹出的面板里选 「Lingua 直播字幕」，再点「开始直播」。如果面板里找不到这个名字，重启一次手机—— iOS 有时要重启才会认出新装的扩展。这个模式下 Lingua 只收设备正在播放的声音，不录你的麦克风。

没有声音，或者识别不出来

确认「设置」› Lingua 里麦克风权限是开的、手机没静音，并且两边选的语言和实际在说的语言对得上。 环境嘈杂时，把手机放得离说话的人近一些。

翻译不对

多数错误出在「听错了」而不是「翻错了」。点一下那句话，把原文改对，Lingua 会重新翻译并补播一次更正。

额度用完了

免费额度每月重置。升级页会显示还剩多少、各档分别包含什么。分钟包永不过期，订阅额度用完后自动接上。

支持哪些语言？

61 门语言可翻译，其中 53 门可以朗读；界面本身也有 61 门语言。 想单独给 Lingua 换界面语言：「设置」› Lingua ›「语言」。

能离线用吗？

录音的端侧草稿、拍照文字识别、已保存的内容都不需要网络。同传、直播字幕和云端精稿需要联网。

隐私

对话、文稿、生词和历史都留在你的设备上。会话进行中会发送什么，见隐私政策。
